1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gistspot (mobile application or web application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use Gistspot.
2. Eligibility & Campus Community
Gistspot is intended for individuals aged 16 and older. By using the service, you affirm you meet this age requirement.
3. User-Generated Content & Accountability
You are responsible for the content you post on Gistspot. Other users cannot link your aliases across threads, but Gistspot can for moderation and safety. We do not save exact GPS coordinates to your account or show your email with posts. Illegal activity, harassment, hate speech, defamation, and doxxing can lead to content removal or account restrictions.
4. License & Rights
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Gistspot. However, by submitting content, you grant Gistspot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to distribute, display, and moderate your content across our services.
5. Account Deletion & Termination
You can delete your signed-in account in settings. If you cannot sign in, you can submit a request at gistspot.app/delete-account; staff must verify ownership before acting. Gistspot may suspend or ban accounts that violate the Community Guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gistspot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Gistspot is not liable for user-submitted content, interactions, or downtime.
